Pack ranks
Pack ranks are what keep a community or a group tranquil and in balance. Everyone knows their rank and goal, and they can choose to work their way up or remain in their current position. Some ranks can't be easily gained while others can, as the leader’s son or daughter has great chance to follow in their parents’ footprints; while another individual in the pack would need support and votes to gain the rank, since battling is a forbidden option to gain leadership. Other ranks are a little easier to obtain with the proper training.
King / QueenDepending on pack culture, some packs choose to have their king or queen ruling over the kingdom. In most cases, king or queen is a term used when a leader is ruling a large amount of territory, or depending on the culture some packs may not recognize this rank. Even though the titles king and queen sound impressive, it doesn't give them a higher ranking compared to other leaders; the king and queen are just considered wolves that have a leading status like the others.
